Donor Guidelines

 

• Donor

 

• The donor can sponsor the plantation on any available site.
• The donor can contribute through either In-kind* or/and monetary support.

*In-kind support includes contribution through planting nurseries, providing plants, services, resource sharing, logistics  etc.

 

• Cost breakdown for Donors

 

• • The sites have been divided into three tiers keeping in mind the cost for each plantation. Donors will have the option of choosing which sites they wish to sponsor according to their budget.

• • • Tier 1 – Cost above PKR 500k
    • Tier 2 – Cost under PKR 500k
    • Tier 3 – Cost under PKR 100k
    • Tier @ – Landmark Sites (Cost can be shared among multiple donors)

The donor may pick a site from the available list or recommend a location within the city of their own choosing.

• • • The Artist will design experiential spaces through plantation for each site.
    • The Artist will determine the costing and budget of the site.
    • The budget and design will be submitted to the core team and vetted by the advisory committee.
    • The donor will work directly with the artist in any exchange of services; in-kind or monetary .

 

• The Artist’s and Donor’s Receivables

 

The artist/donor will receive:

• • • A plaque commemorating their contribution.
    • Recognition as primary sponsor/designer in social media and press releases.
    • Credit and prominent mention in publication of the project.
    • Invitations to opening and closing ceremonies and auxiliary dinners.
